Your wellbeing is, and will always be, your responsibility. Our office is here to help you along your wellness journey. We provide comprehensive, evidence-based health resources and prevention strategies, facilitate opportunities for students to build skills to make healthy lifestyle choices, and instill a sense of personal responsibility for individual health and its impact on the health of the community.
Our job is to support the wellness of your mind, body and soul so you can thrive during your time at 17³Ô¹ÏÍø. We strive to help students feel empowered to make the best decisions for themselves and cultivate behaviors that contribute to sustainable, life-long well-being. The Ignatian-Jesuit characteristic of Cura Personalis, or "care for the whole person" reminds us that the health and wellness of the entire person is worthy of care and attention.
As college health professionals, we are committed to challenging and removing barriers to wellness, including those we create or to which we contribute. As public health professionals, we recognize that the historic and ongoing discrimination and disenfranchisement of different communities of students contributes to unequal access to resources. We work with many campus partners to support students of all identities and abilities in ways that honor and listen to who you are and your lived experiences.
