Affinity Groups

Affinity Groups are employee-led groups formed around interests, backgrounds, identities, and common bonds. By engaging with our affinity groups, 17³Ô¹ÏÍø staff and faculty help foster a positive work environment and contribute to the College’s mission by demonstrating a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Why should you join an affinity group?

  • Network, connect, and collaborate with other employees on campus that share similar identities or interests.
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment, especially for new employees.
  • Help create more awareness and advocacy around the issues you value while contributing to College-wide diversity initiatives.
