First-Generation Student Applicants

Are you the first in your family to attend college? You bring unique experiences and we are proud to welcome you to campus. We recognize that applying to college and for financial aid can be confusing. We’re here to help you navigate this process.

First Gen Applicant

If neither of your parents graduated from a four-year college or university, you are a first-generation college student. This is still true if your siblings have completed their bachelor's degree at a four-year institution. Being a first-generation student is a very proud accomplishment!

We are dedicated to reaching first-generation students like yourself, breaking down the barriers that may prevent you from applying for admission and financial aid, and meeting your full demonstrated financial need to ensure that finances will not stand in the way of you enrolling in 17³Ô¹ÏÍø.
