EMERGENCY, SECURITY OR SAFETY RELATED ISSUES requiring Facilities services should be reported as follows:
- During normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm), please call our WORK CONTROL OFFICE On-campus extension x2263, Cell phone or Off-campus phone 508-793-2263. Please do not leave voicemail for urgent issues after hours on the Work Control line, email urgent issues after hours or enter urgent emergency type requests through FAMIS after hours as these are not checked until the following work day morning.
- After-hours emergencies should be reported to the Public Safety Department at X2224. Cell phone or Off-campus phone 508-793-2224 (or x2222).
CAMPUS INFRASTRUCTURE REPAIRS (i.e.: repairs to buildings, grounds, utilities)
- NON-emergency repair requests should be reported in one of the following ways:

Enter an online work order for the repair through FAMIS (see for more information). Please do not submit urgent repair requests through FAMIS after hours as this is not checked until the following work day morning.

Call our WORK CONTROL OFFICE at On-campus extension x2263, Cell phone or Off-campus phone 508-793-2263 during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm. Your call will be answered by Work Control personnel who will generate any necessary work orders pertaining to your call for repairs.

You may also report NON-emergency situations after hours by leaving a message on the Work Control voicemail at the same extension. If you choose to leave an after hours message, please be sure to provide specifics with regards to location and nature of the problem. Please do not leave voicemail for urgent repairs after hours on the Work Control line as these messages are not checked until the following work day morning.

DEPARTMENTAL WORK REQUESTS FOR SERVICES (i.e.: furniture relocation, key duplication, event set-up/support, mounting of department purchased items such as bulletin boards, etc.)
- Non-emergency requests for services should be submitted entering an online work request for the service through FAMIS (see for more information). Please do not submit urgent requests for service through FAMIS after hours as this is not checked until the following work day morning.
- Due to the sensitivity of requests for key duplications or lock changes, requests of that nature must be authorized by the Department Head. Prior to submitting your work request for this in FAMIS, please email your department head and cc: workcontrol@holycross.edu asking your department head to reply to all with their authorization. Your request will be processed once Work Control receives that email authorization from them.
