Emergencies and Immediate Response
Report Threatening Behavior
The Threat Assessment Group (TAG) endeavors to identify potential risks of harm to 17³Ô¹ÏÍø community members as early as possible and to work constructively and collaboratively with all involved before problems escalate.
Reports may be anonymous, but IP addresses are automatically recorded and may be used if there is concern of imminent harm.
Report Sexual Misconduct
Use this form to report an incident of sexual misconduct, relationship violence, stalking, retaliation, or other issue of sexual misconduct. Reports will be routed to the Office of Title IX & Equal Opportunity. Reports may be anonymous, but IP addresses are recorded and may be obtained under certain circumstances.
Report Bias, Discrimination or Harassment
Use this form to report an incident of bias, discrimination or harassment motivated by an individual’s actual or perceived race, religion, color, national origin, age, marital or parental status (including pregnancy and pregnancy-related conditions), veteran status, sex, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other legally protected status.
Reports will be routed to the Office of Title IX & Equal Opportunity. Reports may be anonymous, but IP addresses are recorded and may be obtained under certain circumstances.
Report a Student of Concern
Use this form to report concerns about students who may be in distress or whose behavior is concerning or disruptive to others in the community.
The College will evaluate the level of support required, which may include direct outreach and/or referral to the Student CARE Team.
Reports may be anonymous, but IP addresses are recorded and may be obtained under certain circumstances.
Make an Anonymous Report (EthicsPoint)
EthicsPoint is a third-party reporting tool for 17³Ô¹ÏÍø community members to anonymously report misconduct within the 17³Ô¹ÏÍø community.
Your report is sent to a third-party company, EthicsPoint, which is owned and managed by NAVEX Global. EthicsPointwill relay the information to the appropriate College official (generally the Chief Compliance Officer or Title IX Coordinator) who will determine the appropriate response, based upon the information contained in your report and existing protocols.
Because these reports go to a third party, the College cannot obtain IP information and reports to EthicsPoint may be fully anonymous. You may also choose to identify yourself.
Report Student Misconduct
Use this form to report student behavior (excluding Title IX / Equal Opportunity and Academic Misconduct) that may constitute a violation of the College's Community Standards Process and Procedures.
Academic Integrity
Please contact the appropriate Class Dean to report a known or suspected incident of academic dishonesty.
